In 90 day coaching we will have 2 scheduled calls a month and weekly M-Th text support via my coaching platform.
The single session calls are one time 60 minute call and one email follow up 2 weeks later. No further coaching after unless you book another call or apply for coaching.
No. You don't have to track macros to work with me or even see results. At the beginning of coaching, often I ask you to log your meals so I can gain a good understanding of your current nutrition habits so we can make the necessary tweaks to get you where you want to go.
With nutrition, I will guide you with what to focus on, for example, protein and fiber targets while helping you focus more on what matters most: your mindset, habits, food quality and a better understanding your body.

Yes. 1% Healthier Coaching currently starts with a 90 day (3 month) commitment, however, I work with most women for a minimum of 6 months as their goals expand.
